Established in 2008, these awards are amongst the most highly commended as the judging process has a whole range of criteria and competition is fierce. A Negotiator Award is the estate agency equivalent of a BAFTA.
The International Property Awards celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry. An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence.
The ESTAS are a completely independent award scheme which recognises Estate & Letting agents providing high quality service based on extensive research conducted with sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords throughout the UK.
Winning an ESTA demonstrates our commitment to the highest standards of customer service as the awards are voted for by you – our clients and customers. Each year an audience of some 1,000 guests gather at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London for the annual ceremony. It is a glittering occasion and is hosted by the UK’s favourite TV property presenter Phil Spencer.
The British Property Awards reward excellence within the UK residential property sector at a local level. They consider a broad spectrum of criteria during the judging process, criteria which often go unseen by clients, taking a purposeful step away from the traditional model of merely relying on client reviews from successful sales.
In total they judge agencies against a set of 25 criteria, with each element weighted differently. They believe that they provide the most comprehensive awards in the sector.
The Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with the Sunday Times & The Times is the longest running and most highly regarded awards event in the real estate industry, known to some as the property ‘Oscars’.
Award winners are decided following a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of industry experts, beginning with an assessment of entry submissions. The judges then conduct an extensive review of the entrants, including over 150 hours of telephone interviews and independent mystery shopping exercises. The judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman.
